Coronavirus Info & FAQ

On 23rd June the UK Government announced a range of lockdown easing measures that will take effect on July 4th 2020. This included the reopening of self-catering and campsite holiday accommodation, providing that these businesses are taking all the appropriate measures to remain “Covid Secure” to keep guests and staff safe at all times.

Later the same week Visit England and The AA also launched their Covid Secure Certification schemes which enable accommodation businesses to list all of the additional Covid-19 related measures they are taking and to upload prepared risk assessments in order to gain approval.

Alpine Grove Touring Park gained approval from Visit England on Friday 26th June and from The AA on 14th July.

This all means that we are ready to reopen on July 6th and providing we remain Covid Secure and there is no further increase of the infection rate that results in further restrictions, all existing bookings can go ahead as planned.

The following is a summary of all the measures we will be taking at Alpine Grove to keep everyone as safe as possible, followed by a further summary for what we expect guests to do whilst on site and other relevant information and FAQs.
