When
will Alpine Grove Woodland Park open?
We will open for the 2022 camping season on April 4th. This
will include all shared facilities (toilets, showers, shop etc).
All bookings will remain
subject to our Conronavirus Booking Guarantee with flexibility to amend the
bookings
as required if any future lockdown or social distancing rules
are imposed by the UK Gov.
COVID-19 is now a known risk and our standard cancellation
policy applies to all cancellations although we are now
offering "Refund Protection" on new bookings which will provide a full refund in the event
of cancellation due to illness (including Covid-19), breakdown,
redundancy and a number of other reasons.

Can I amend
the date of my Alpine Grove booking?
Yes, we are allowing all guests to transfer their bookings
to alternative dates with no loss of deposit or additional
fees.
Different rules may apply to bookings made via a third
party such as Pitchup or Airbnb.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my Alpine Grove Booking?
If your cancellation is due to changes
in the UK Coronavirus travel or social distancing restrictions
you
can defer or amend your
booking or
request
a refund. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss
your booking. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all
cancellations unless Refund Protection was
included at the time of booking (available on direct bookings
from 16th October 2020). We advise
all customers to take out suitable travel insurance at the time
of
booking.
